5 years ago when we moved to VA, Johnny Francum and his team helped us search and find our house. They were so helpful and did so many above and beyond things for us. As transplants from up north we knew no one and they were always there to help with recommendations big and small. After the sale they kept in touch and even dropped by with gifts. When we recently decided to move to Richmond they were on top of it and sold the house very quickly. We felt like family working with them. Good people you can trust! We highly recommend Team Titan. Johnny Francum is the one! He recently helped us purchase our second home and sold our first home. Johnny is very understanding and very patient with his clients. My husband works a very busy schedule and he showed a few homes late in the day. We really appreciate all his hard work and helping us find our perfect home. Whenever we had questions or needed help understanding a few things he was just a phone call or text away. We plan on being in this home for a long time but whenever we look to move or sell again we will definitely be calling Johnny! I recommend all my friends and family to him, he is the best. We appreciate him so much!

I was fortunate enough to work with both Johnny and Lisa from Team Titan. Both my wife and I were newer to the Williamsburg/York county area. The knowledge, care and concern we received was incredible! Lisa scheduled out time for my wife and I to view several houses in one day and we put an offer in on one of them. With the experience Johnny and Lisa have, we were able to submit an offer that was competitive but also didn't break the bank. Once the offer was accepted, they both made sure we understood the process and all of our options. They both modified their schedules to work with ours, sacrificed their personal time to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed. Once we drew near closing, they even offered a box truck to help us move things to our new home!
