Johnny Francum is an award-winning Realtor, serving the Peninsula since 2005. He and his long-time business partner and friend, Rick Brandt, have built a team of passionate, hard-working real estate professionals who are dedicated to bettering their community by helping local families find their next home – not house.
Johnny’s stewardship to the community doesn’t stop at real estate; He has been a tireless force on the Grafton Kiwanis, having served as the president for two of the 15 years he has been on the Board. His favorite time of year is the bi-annual barbecue, where Johnny is frequently the first in and last-out of the tent, managing logistics and execution of the organization’s keystone fundraising event.
Outside work, you can find Johnny on the water, watching South Carolina football, mixing the perfect Old Fashioned, or organizing poker games with friends. He is a doting husband, father to three kids-turned-adults, and proud graduate from Francis Marion University.
Johnny Francum was our real estate agent with Team Titan. We had been looking for a very long time out of state. Johnny was so helpful all along the way, even though he did not need to, since we were buying out of state! We are an older couple, so we were pretty nervous about buying a house and also selling our house. Well, our house went on the market on a Thursday, and by Saturday, we had 6 offers! Johnny went above and beyond with helping us, even when buying our house in NC, which wasn’t even his responsibility. We are so happy with all of the help he provided!
I’ve known Johnny from Team Titan RE/MAX for years now. He has always been a great help. 5 years ago when we moved to VA, Johnny Francum and his team helped us search and find our house. They were so helpful and did so many above and beyond things for us. As transplants from up north we knew no one and they were always there to help with recommendations big and small. After the sale they kept in touch and even dropped by with gifts. When we recently decided to move to Richmond they were on top of it and sold the house very quickly. We felt like family working with them. Good people you can trust! We highly recommend Team Titan.
